West Hills

West Hills is a suburban community in the western San Fernando valley area of Los Angeles. West hills has a population of approximately 40k though it is part of the much larger Los Angeles metroplex.

West Hills was a very popular home for stars of the silent film area and many of their residences have been preserved as historic cultural monuments. The area is also home to a large number of city parks and protected open spaces.
