Westlake Village

Westlake village is a bedroom community for the city of Los Angeles and home to offices and regional headquarters of major business such as Anheuser-Bush and Dole Foods.

Westlake village features open spaces and lots of opportunity for outdoor activities and recreational watersports. Due to it’s unique geographical location the prevailing winds in the area help to moderate the temperature, resulting in temperatures that are generally lower than the nearby San-Fernando Valley.
